Hey dixielandrock person! I like your comments on this Elvis song. Trying to get to you is one of my fav's. I particularly love the version from the 68 come back - truely amazing and blows all my other heros of the day away - Beatles, Who etc

It's a new Elvis tune for me too. And I Love it. . . I wish it had gotten more air time back in the day. But right now I'm glad to know it exists. Cuz, I've been dancing around my office all morning. Yep, I gotta work off those holiday cookies.

I thought I was the only one who felt that way about Michael Jackson. Joe Jackson whipped those boys silly to perform. I think Billy Preston is/was a lot more talented at dancing, singing and performing- and he wasn't a friggin wierdo.
